Qualifying Items & Terms

• The competitor online store has to be based in U.S
• The product must be an exact match to the item we carry on www.SpicyLegs.com.
• The item must be in-stock, available for purchase (and to be shipped) on the competitor's website.
• The competitor's product must be new, in its original packaging.
• Shipping charges, handling charges and sales tax (where applicable) are included in determining the price difference.
• In-store pickup discounts or other similar promotional offers are not included in determining the price difference.
• Discount or promotional codes and coupons from the competitor's site are not included in determining the price difference.
• The competitor website cannot be an auction, closeout discount website, comparison shopping engine or shopping portal.
• Does not apply to wholesale, group sales and bulk orders.
• Does not apply to items designated as 'Clearance', 'Blowout', 'Closeout', or any similar variation on our site or on the competitor's website.
• The competitor's website must offer a refund/return policy that accepts returns for a refund (not an exchange) year round regardless of the season (e.g. no refund blackout periods).
• Animated props, haunted house props, all inflatable items, special order items and products sold through affiliate websites are exempt from our price guarantee.
• The price guarantee only applies to purchases made online at www.SpicyLegs.com.
• Only one (the first) price guarantee request per item will be accepted. Subsequent price guarantee requests for the same item will not be honored.
• Once a price guarantee refund has been issued, that item is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund.
• We reserve the right to deny any price guarantee request for any reason. Price guarantee requests that are denied may be eligible to be returned for a refund in accordance with our Refund and Return policy.

How it works

Make your purchase from us online at SpicyLegs.com. If you find the exact same item on another U.S. website competitor within 7 days of placing your order with us, send us the following information via e-mail:

• Your SpicyLegs.com order number.
• The website address (URL) of the site where you found the lower price.
• The item name, product ID/SKU number and URL of the identical product on the competitor's website.
• The total price to purchase the same product, including shipping, handling and taxes if applicable.

Once we have verified the authenticity of the competitor's lower price and confirmed that it qualifies for our price guarantee, we will refund 110% of the difference to your original form of payment. Price guarantee refund will be issued within 14 business days after we received your notification.
