If the total of your order exceeds $100 excluding taxes, shipping, handling charges and after applying any coupons or other special discounts, then your items will be shipped free of charge. Does only apply for Economy Shipping within USA. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are exempted from this offer as well as orders with a total weight beyond 40 lbs or large items. Free Shipping is not valid for prior purchases. Cannot be refunded as cash or credit. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use.

Spicylegs.com provides a number of shipping options so that you may choose the option that best suits your needs. We use a variety of shipping carriers to provide options that include Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, Premium Shipping and International Shipping. See the details below to determine which option is right for you. International Shipping is available to all major Countries.

In most cases we are able to ship the same day (Monday - Friday), provided the order is placed before 1.00pm EST.We cannot guarantee this but make every effort to do so.

Please Note: For delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands via Standard Shipping, please allow an additional 1-2 days from the time frames listed in the shipping option drop down at checkout.

*In all domestic shipping options Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take an additional day.
**Guarantee for Express & Premium options is a full shipping refund unless delay is due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather, and natural or man made disasters.
US Virgin Islands: Due to the high cost of shipping, there will be a $10.00 surcharge added to all US Virgin Island orders.
Economy shipping may take up to 21 business days.
APO / FPO: All orders will be shipped via our Economy shipping method only (Standard, Express and Premium ship methods are not available). All orders will ship via the USPS and the delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days to the military post office. Delivery times to the buyer will vary based on the military and where the final destination is located.

• Once we have received your order, we ship your order to our International Forwarder Shipper for further shipping according to the shipping method selected by you. Once your order is shipped by our International Forwarder, we will mail you the tracking number. Overall, your order should reach you in time as per the shipping method selected by you.
  
  
• Once the package has left the US & has been handed over to your Local Postal Service from this point onwards you do not get accurate tracking information through USPS (or the shipper we selected). USPS will be informed by your Local Postal Service about the status of the package & USPS will post the update on their website
  It will be advisable to wait a couple of days (for customs clearance) & then check on both USPS.com & on your local post office website for the status of your package with the Tracking Number sent to you.
  
  
• Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. SpicyLegs.com is not responsible for these additional charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  
  
• If you chose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, SpicyLegs.com will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If SpicyLegs.com chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.
