Spicylegs.com ships to over 200 Countries via International Ground Shipping. Shop as normal and choose the International Shipping option at checkout.
Once we have received your order, we ship your order to our International Forwarder Shipper for further shipping according to the shipping method selected by you. Once your order is shipped by our International Forwarder, we will mail you the tracking number. Overall, your order should reach you in time as per the shipping method selected by you.
Once the package has left the US & has been handed over to your Local Postal Service from this point onwards you do not get accurate tracking information through USPS (or the shipper we selected). USPS will be informed by your Local Postal Service about the status of the package & USPS will post the update on their website
It will be advisable to wait a couple of days (for customs clearance) & then check on both USPS.com & on your local post office website for the status of your package with the Tracking Number sent to you.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. SpicyLegs.com is not responsible for these additional charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you chose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, SpicyLegs.com will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If SpicyLegs.com chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of all of the merchandise ordered (Most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound).
The shipping and handling charges includes the following charges:
- The charges which we pay to shipper to deliver your items
- The handling charges to get your item ready for shipping
- The weight of the package (charges increase as weight does)
